Stopped for lunch at a little cafe across the Seine from the Louvre for a light lunch and a couple glasses of red wine. I have never been a big fan of French wines but this trip has given me a new appreciation for their taste. I have not had any that had the usual tannin after taste that I usually associate with French wines.
Karen- I had an apple crepe for breakfast just for you, interestingly they also put what is basically apple sauce on the side.
